I offer individual counseling for adults, elders, and teens navigating life's complexities. Specializing in adult and adolescent ADHD, later diagnosis autism, trauma, anxiety along with the experiences of masking, executive dysfunction, shutdown. shame, hyper-vigilance, emotional exhaustion, and relationship strain. Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form, send an email, or give me a call—we’ll walk you through the best next steps for you, and I’ll answer any questions along the way.
Many clients like to have an initial phone conversation or video call to talk about the process of therapy and how to get started.
It’s a great way to get a feel for what I’m like, how working with me might feel, and to collaborate on what the best next step for them individually would be. AND IT’S FREE!
If we decide that the next best step is not working specifically with me, I maintain a great network of other therapists and mental health providers, and I’m happy to provide referral options.

You can reach me via the contact form, phone, text, or email. I aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
If I cannot pick up the phone call, please leave a voicemail and let me know how best to reach you, and when you are available to receive a return call.
Please note that I am not monitoring incoming calls and messages 24/7, and these methods of contact are not appropriate means for handling an emergency.

Individual counseling sessions (50-55 minutes) are $180. Intake sessions (90 minutes) are $210.
Because I am committed to counseling being accessible, I offer an income based sliding scale.
For clients who may have difficulty with the sliding scale fee, we will have a conversation to work out what would be accessible, and what the options may be.

I do not accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. This means you pay for services directly.
I’m happy to provide you with the kind of receipt appropriate for submitting to your insurance for potential reimbursement (a “Super Bill”) . Many clients also use this kind of receipt for submitting to their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for therapy services.
I’ve chosen this model so I can provide appropriate, evidence-based care tailored to your specific needs. Insurance companies often impose limitations and requirements that may not align with best practices or the most effective treatments for your situation.
By remaining independent, I can focus entirely on delivering high-quality care that supports your goals. If you have any questions, I’m here to help guide you through the process.

YES! — and no— It depends…
If we decided that working together is the next best step for you, I will schedule an “intake” appointment for you so you won’t have to wonder how long it will take to be seen. While you are waiting for that first appointment, I will send you an invitation to the “client portal” where you will fill out paperwork.
The initial intake session will be longer than a typical session, usually about 75 minutes. We will collaborate on frequency of sessions and how long therapy will likely last based on your goals and the work you would like to pursue.
Some folks feel comfortable diving right into the heart of what concerns them, others need to build up some courage and feel out the safety and trustworthiness of the counselor. If you don’t know which is you, that’s okay. I’m here to help you find the path forward. If you have a strong sense of where you need to go and the support you are looking for, I’ll buckle up ready to help navigate!
If you feel like we might not be a good fit, I will send you the names and contact information for someone who may be a better option based on what you are looking for, and your circumstances.
